My IPMA level B training in combination with almost 25 years of experience in process industry help me to stay cool under pressure and overcome obstacles.
I was fortunate to be able to lead many international construction projects in Europe, Africa and Asia, experiencing many different cultures and technologies.
A few examples of the projects I’ve been involved in: Extension of an oil storage terminal (NL), turn-around TAR at DuPont Polymers(NL), Extension of 6 Heineken breweries in Egypt, South-Africa, Algeria, Vietnam, Myanmar, Burundi, Rwanda and Lebanon. Modernization and expansion of Nutricia Zoetermeer.
The average capital expenditures (capex) for projects i was involved is between 5 and 50 million, more than often with multiple projects simultaneously.
A safe work environment reduce accidents and increase well-being of ‘my’ employees on the construction site, something i take serious. I put safety first.

I was Ronald’s manager for two years in the role of PM. Ronald was managing a portfolio of projects in numerous challenging geographies in the world ranging from line extensions to major add-ons in brewing, packaging and utilities.
