- Coordination with engineers (internal/external)
- Assesses Project Team functional capability, identifies expertise gaps within the Project Team and advise on extra staffing support
Construction Management
- Facilitation of weekly coordination meetings with contractors
- Field inspections on progress, quality, safety
- Coordination of contractor activities with warehouse operations to minimize disruptions
Safety HSE Management
- Organization of work permits system for contractor activities
- Conduct safety briefings with contractor teams
- Hiring and coordination of On-site safety monitoring
- Reporting of safety incidents / Safety Pyramid
